  • * Members of Related Societies as follows can receive the Early Registration rates by December 9, 2022.

  • Japanese College of Veterinary Pathologists (JCVP)

Early Registration

  • JSTP General and Student members can apply for Early Registration.
    The Early Registration deadline is December 9, 2022. The registration fee for the Annual Meeting includes admission to all sessions, a handout, and a registration badge.
    Early Registrants will be accepted by e-mail (jstp2023@gmail.com).
    Please inform us each [registrant's name], [affiliation], [address], [e-mail address], JSTP membership number and whether you could attend our social gathering banquet follows Annual Meeting, or not.
    No phone registrations will be accepted.
    Payment in cash at the Registration Counter in the conference center on (Jan. 25 and 26, 2023) is available for the registration fee.
    At the payment, you are requested to show the registration confirmation sheet that will be sent by e-mail within 2 weeks after your registration (see below).
    After the payment, you will receive the Handout and badge.

On-site Registration

  • Those who are not members and JSTP members who missed Early Registration will be accepted at the Registration Counter in the conference center on (Jan. 25 and 26, 2023). Payment in cash is available for the registration fee.
