Registration for the 72^nd JALAS is available by pre-registration only. Please access the website below and complete your registration through Confit registration system.

Fees include Admission to Scientific Sessions, Program booklet and PDF Abstracts.

• Payment and Currency

  All payments must be made in Japanese Yen by credit card. Cash, bank draft, and check are not accepted.

• Conference Materials

  Name badge: Beginning May 1 (Thu), 2025, Please print out your name badge from the Confit registration system and bring it with you to the venue. All the participants are requested to wear their name badges throughout the meeting. Entry to scientific sessions and the reception may be denied for those without badges.

  Program booklet: To receive your program booklet, please bring and show your name badge at the registration desk on May 21-23, 2025.

  Abstracts will be provided in PDF format

  Registration for international attendees is by pre-registration only.

  If you would like to participate in the social gathering, please register through the Confit registration system by March 28th (Fri).

To enter Japan, you must obtain an entry visa from the Japanese embassy or consulate in your country of residence.

Please keep in mind that the visa issuance process may take time, so ensure you allow sufficient time to gather the necessary documents for your application.
